It adopts high-precision gauge pressure sensors as the pressure sensitive element to perform leak volume detection on the detected products.

Product features:

The instrument has the characteristics of powerful functions, high resolution, and high reliability, and is a type of instrument with high cost performance.

The engine housing tightness tester - engine cylinder air tightness detector adopts the differential pressure detection principle and uses air as the medium to detect the product. It is a non-destructive testing instrument with the characteristic of detecting minor leaks in a short time, and is widely used in the sealing detection of product components.

 

Usage method:

First, connect the air source inlet to 0.4Mpa~0.8Mpa compressed air.

Connect the power source inlet to the AC220 power supply and turn on the power switch.

Rotate the pressure regulating valve to make the pointer of the test pressure point to the desired pressure position (pressure gauge unit: bar).

Enter the dialog box in the "parameter setting" to set the parameters. After setting, press and hold the "parameter save" to save automatically, and exit the "parameter setting" interface.

Adjust the test pressure to allow the instrument to complete the inflation. After the inflation is completed, check whether the "test pressure value" number on the "display screen main interface diagram" is the pressure you want. If so, press the "reset button"; if it is not the pressure you want, fine-tune the "pressure regulating valve" until the desired pressure is reached.

Connect the air pipe of the "test output port" to the product.

Press the "start button" of the engine housing air tightness tester - engine cylinder tightness detector to start the test until the test is completed.

When testing the next product, just press the "start button".

If you want to stop the test during the test, just press the "reset button".
